During the event, calligraphers also walked into the campus to interact and experience calligraphy teaching activities with students. Since ancient times, Longde has adhered to the tradition of “farming, reading, and passing on the family”, producing numerous talented individuals and ink stains. For thousands of years, the people of Lund have created a brilliant culture with their diligence and wisdom. The tradition of “skilled calligraphy and painting” has been passed down through generations, and the calligraphy craze has surged, becoming a beautiful business card for external promotion.

The relevant person in charge of Ningxia Federation of Literary and Art Circles stated that the holding of the National Calligraphy Competition not only reflects the love and pursuit of calligraphy art by the people of Longde, but also highlights the profound historical and unique cultural heritage of the thousand year old county. It also promotes the inheritance and development of calligraphy art. It is hoped that more artists can actively engage in literary and artistic creation, use calligraphy to depict beauty, and use art to light up life.
The “Millennium Ancient County, Cultural Longde, Health and Wellness Land” is a characteristic business card of Longde County. In recent years, Longde County has won titles such as “National Advanced County in Culture” and “Hometown of Chinese Folk Culture and Art”. It is the fifth “Hometown of Chinese Calligraphy” in China and the first in the northwest.
On that day, the Ningxia Calligraphy Association also presented calligraphy works to Longde County. The calligraphy competition exhibition will last until October 12th.
